Hi,
Great work developing this networking opportunity. You may want to connect with the ReUse Centre downtown. They may have some of the items you need, as well, they will put out requests on behalf of schools/organizations to collect specific items. The membership is very reasonable ($40 I believe) and then you can get items for free all year. Check it out!
